P4NGOs was created to fill a gap in the programme function for small and medium-sized charities. Many of these charities are very good in fundraising and connecting with local communities and volunteers. However, they more often struggle with spending and governance.  No charity will ever succeed just by raising millions of pounds/dollars. Having the right foundations to spend this money efficiently, effectively and being able to track the end use of fund is very critical. While charities can easily find professional support – or even outsource – of functions like IT, comms, accounting, etc., it was not the case with programmes. That has now been changed and we are ready to fill in this gap.
